It is my expression, my imagery.  To maintain integrity, to meet the challenge, I must trust my inner vision.  It is my sense of balance, of movement, of intention; and yes, even today, it is still a battle to be alone on the top of that mountain and say, “This works.”  Through my process, I have developed a broader appreciation of other artists.  John Golding’s book,  Paths to the Absolute, follows this thread of challenges through profiles of Kandinsky, Pollock, Rothko, Still, and others.
